Our story

A flame, an olive tree, and a small idea.

Olive & Ember began in 2018 as a tiny five-table room with a single wood-fired oven and a love for the food of the Mediterranean — from the islands of Greece to the coasts of Lebanon.

Eight years later we still cook on open flame, still buy from the same families of farmers, and still believe the best meals are the slow ones. Pull up a chair.
